We are a company born and bred in the borough of Watford Hertfordshire. We started off by letting out a two-bedroom family house, Coxhill Cottage (Mullany House)  in New Road, Croxley Green which we bought in 1985. We then expanded to develop properties and turn them into fully furnished accommodations.

In 1990 we purchased a brick built terraced house located at Muriel Avenue in Watford Fields, a first of our HMO which consists of five bedsit rooms. Victoria House which we bought in 1992 located at Vicarage Road is a six bedroom house in multiple occupation. It is a brick built terraced house which was built in 1884. Rhodes House one of our properties located in Rose Gardens , a quiet cul-de-sac area, was then built in 1999, the house is a two 1 bedroom semi - furnished flats and has a well presented rear garden. It has an adequate parking for one off road vehicle in front of the house. Barnato House also in Rose Gardens bought in 2001 is a brick built 1930 semi detached family house comprises of three bedrooms, it has a landscaped rear garden with access path to the Hospital. It is a 15 minutes walk from Watford High Street / British Rail Station / Watford Metropolitan Train Station, 5 minute walk to Laurence Haines School / Recreation Park / Adventure Playground and Watford General Hospital. The house is fully furnished and tastefully decorated with original features and now has an adequate off road parking.

Emphasis has always been placed on providing outstanding accommodations for outstanding
people of the community. And so, in
2002
the bui
lding of self - contained apartments aimed at key workers was conceptualised. De Beers House in Willow Lane was completed in 2003 and was ready for occupation in 2004, at present it has 10 studio apartments and is situated just a stone's throw away from Watford General Hospital and is next to a Nature Reserve. Great appreciation is given to the Architect of De Beers House a good friend Colin Parry.

Kimberley House in Vicarage Road was then bought in 2006, the building used to be a nursing accommodation block which had been vacant for 10 years. The acquired building have only just been completed in the Summer of 2007, and it now comprises of 10 self - contained flats with all new modern facilities.

All our properties are strategically located and are very accessible to the town center, local shops, train stations, parks, and hospital.

For over 15 years we have been committed to continuously provide well managed, affordable, clean, safe and superb modern living facilities for Professionals, Health Care Workers, Doctors, Nurses, Police, Postmen, Teachers and all other Key Workers. We may have changed our name but our commitment remains the same.
